Objective | CETMA-DIHSME is the European Digital Hub for Apulia and Basilicata regions promoted by CETMA, which is Research and Technology Organization (RTO) founded in Brindisi in 1994 to foster innovation in Southern Italy. DIHSME aims to assist and stimulate Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Public Administrations (Pas) in the use of AI, HPC and CS.

Its Vision considers AI, HPC and CS technologies as formidable levers for encouraging the evolution of territories towards sustainability and economic, environmental, and social development objectives, especially if SMEs (which represent the 99% of the economic structure of our territories) and local institutions are involved.

DIHSME Consortium believes that disseminating AI, HPC, and CS among SMEs can help them to grow economically and to increase in size The mission of DIHSME is to assist SMEs and PAs to implement these technologies by satisfying their explicit digital innovation needs and bringing out also latent ones through promotion, animation, demonstration, and technological and strategic consulting activities.
